Brief

To reach out to current consumers and potential converts, foodpanda wanted to bring together the community with beats, wellness, and (most importantly) food.

Solution

Recognizing that the bites x vibes festival is a chance for foodpanda to establish their physical presence, we had to bring the vibrancy of the online food delivery platform to life in a festive street party.

We curated a selection of 13 F&B vendors with a wide selection of cuisines within an affordable price range that accurately reflects foodpanda’s offerings of quality and affordability food. Making full use of Amoy Street and Gemmill Lane, we staggered F&B vendors with covered and open-air seating areas to encourage people to explore the whole party. 

Keeping in tune with the whole wellness vibes, we organised fitness and yoga classes, as well as a stage with live music featuring local bands like Bakers In Space and Stopgap. foodpanda set up a booth to showcase their sustainability efforts as a brand, giving out branded merchandise to attendees.
