With The Great Grill Out, Guinness wants to engage with a new crop of drinkers locally through a gastronomic journey.
Solution
Appealing to Singaporeans’ diverse tastes, we created the ultimate outdoor barbecue experience where families and friends can enjoy each other’s company over a feast.
Top grillers in town brought their best Guinness-infused creations and limited edition beers from the Guinness Open Gate Brewery were flown in from Dublin were just some highlights. Defending champions returned for the Spicy Sausage challenge, while foodie aficionados joined Guinness sommelier Ian Colgan for a meat and beer pairing session. To showcase the versatility of a Guinness pairing, we also introduced options like grilled Japanese unagi dishes and wholesome healthy veggies.
Completing the barbecue festival experience, we curated a lineup of live music with acts like Shak & The Baits and a New Stream Brass band, a marketplace for snacks and lifestyle products, and lawn games.
